Black Ruby Fizz

This whisky highball in its interpretation with berries remains in the memory. The sweetness of the blackberries perfectly enhances the deep, fruity notes of Johnnie Walker Black Ruby.


Ingredients:

  • 40ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby

  • 15ml lemon juice

  • 10ml Monin blackberry syrup

  • 100ml mineral water

  • Garnish: fresh blackberries


Preparation:

  • Fill glass with ice, add all ingredients and stir well.

  • Garnish with fresh blackberries.

Black Ruby Negroni

One of the most popular classic cocktails. The bold berry notes of Johnnie Walker Black Ruby work harmoniously with the bittersweet profile of this whisky Negroni twist.


Ingredients:

  • 40ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby

  • 20ml rosé vermouth e.g. Belsazar Rosé

  • 20ml red Italian bitters

  • 10ml crème de mure / sugar syrup

  • Garnish: 2 berries on a skewer


Preparation:

  • Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, fill with ice cubes and stir for 10 to 15 seconds until everything is well chilled.

  • Strain into a tumbler with ice cubes.

  • Garnish with two berries on a skewer.

A vibrant red cocktail in a coupe glass, garnished with frothy foam on top, raspberries, and a sprig of mint. The drink is set against a deep magenta background on a dark surface.

Black Ruby Sweet & Sour

A great cocktail that brings out the complex dark berry notes of Johnnie Walker Black Ruby in a fruity explosion of flavor.


Ingredients:

  • 50ml Johnnie Walker Black Ruby

  • 20ml lemon juice

  • 20ml fresh egg white

  • 15ml honey water (2:1)

  • 1 bar spoon blackberry jam (or berry jam of your choice)


Preparation:

  • Pour all ingredients into the shaker.

  • Shake for 8 seconds without ice, then add ice cubes and shake for 8 to 10 seconds.

  • Double strain and pour into a coupette.
