The Singleton Apple Spritz
A refreshing blend of apple, lemon and a light sweetness. Mix 40ml The Singleton, 60ml naturally cloudy apple juice, 10ml sugar syrup, 20ml fresh lemon juice and 100ml soda water. Fill a wine glass with cubed ice, pour the ingredients into the glass, stir and garnish with a thin slice of apple and fresh mint leaves.

A delightful blend of lemon zest and cherry sweetness. Mix 40ml of The Singleton with 10ml of honey syrup, 20ml of lemon juice, and 15ml of egg white. Dry shake all ingredients, add ice, and shake again. Strain into a coupette glass and garnish with a maraschino cherry.

A rich mix of hazelnut, honey, and chocolate. Mix 50 ml of The Singleton, 4 ml of hazelnut liqueur, 1 barspoon of honey syrup, and 3 dashes of chocolate bitters. Stir over ice until chilled then strain into a rocks glass with cubed ice and garnish with an orange twist.

Roy Chamoy
A bold mix of chilli's heat and mango's tropical sweetness. Mix 60ml of The Singleton with 30ml of sweet vermouth, 1 barspoon of mango syrup, and two dashes each of Angostura bitters and Tabasco. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist.
